Pop star Lady Gaga has become so popular in just in two years that eight of her waxworks have been unveiled at Madame Tussauds museums worldwide. Museums in London, New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Berlin, Shanghai and Hong Kong - are displaying replicas of the eccentric singer, with each figure donning an iconic outfit made famous by the "Poker Face" hitmaker, reports femalefirst.co.uk. Edward Fuller, general manager of Madame Tussauds London, said: "The demand to include Lady Gaga has been overwhelming and we are more than happy to oblige. "It's been quite a challenge to keep details of eight figure launches top secret, but the fans certainly seem to have enjoyed the intrigue. We are delighted to have been able to work with Philip Treacy to ensure the look is spot on and look forward to seeing the other styles at our sister attractions as they go public across the day." Gaga's first album was "The Fame" and after its rlease in 2008, the singer reached dizzying heights of popularity and has been making headlines ever since. |
